Personal Statement
The images I create often derive from the subconscious based upon real events, relationships, dreams of love sex and death. With current work I have created a dark sensual aesthetic. Images are derived from working with the figure alongside an obsession with the collection of erotic objects, homemade erotica/pornography, poetry and song.
I believe my images can sometimes push religious and ‘tasteful’ boundaries - but it is not my intention to shock but to explore the darker side of sexuality and love.
